We are not accepting additional contributors at this time. Followers are encouraged to participate in the discussion boards when the GitHub is made public. All contributors must sign the Contributor License Agreement (CLA) before their first contribution can be merged.

- Maintain strict one-way dependency direction
- No independent random generators for meaningful content
- Follow the existing code style and patterns
- Include tests for any behavioral changes
- Sign the CLA before contributing
